Yes! We just ask that you make an appointment with us so we can have your order ready to go! Our gym equipment technicians will even help you load it up safely into your vehicle.

Routine maintenance will make your machine operate smoothly for a very long time! Each machine is different, but as a general rule, we recommend cleaning and inspecting cables/belts for tension. Throughout the weeks and months, it is best to inspect nuts and bolts for tightness, as well as cleaning rods and adding lubricant to sliding parts, bearings, etc. Depending on how often you use your machine, you may want to consider replacing cables, belts, and connecting parts as needed. (usually once per year).

All machines are shipped out from our location bolted to its pallet, wrapped with protective foam, plastic wrap, and/or cardboard boxes. Despite our best efforts to protect your investment, it is hard to completely avoid damages that occur during shipping. Upon arrival of your equipment, it is particularly important to thoroughly inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, be sure to unwrap and make the driver aware of any dings, rips, or scratches. Note this damage on the paperwork the driver asks you to sign. Keep all packaging and document with pictures. Send all evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim on your behalf.
Once your equipment ships out from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number and pictures of your order. If you order has not arrived on the estimated delivery date, contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number provided in the email we sent you when your equipment shipped out.
